How To Use

Add two capfuls of Bath Oil to bath as its running or massage into skin before stepping into the bath or shower.

When clean and dry after the bath follow with Mobility Gel: apply a small amount to cuts, bruises, sore joints and muscles and massage in to provide extra circulation to the area.
