We manufacture and sell natural, handmade cosmetics and skincare products through our website www.verde.co.uk.

3. Our Products

All our products are handmade in the UK using natural ingredients.

Due to the nature of handmade goods:

• Colours, textures, or scents may vary slightly between batches.
• All descriptions, images, and weights are approximate.
• We make every effort to display products accurately, but screens may show colours differently.

All our cosmetic products comply with UK cosmetic safety regulations and are assessed before sale.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website:

1. You’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your order (this is not acceptance).
2. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• The product is unavailable or discontinued;
• There is a pricing or description error; or
• Payment is not successfully authorised.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

Delivery charges are added at checkout.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Payment is taken at the time of order.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK, EU and Worldwide.

Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days but delays may occur beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs checks, or incorrect delivery information.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

1. Email us at sales@verde.co.uk with your order number.
2. Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
3. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for:

• Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products;
• Custom or made-to-order items.

If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@verde.co.uk
• Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  

We will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Product Safety and Allergies

All our products are made in compliance with UK cosmetic safety legislation and have undergone appropriate safety assessments.

However, individual sensitivities and allergies vary.

• Full ingredient lists are displayed on product packaging and on our website.
• It is your responsibility to check the ingredients before use.
• We recommend performing a patch test before first use. This can also be done in person in our shop at the address 113a Northcote Road, London, SW116 PW.

We are not liable for allergic reactions that could have been avoided by checking ingredient information.
