All our products are handmade and packed in the South East, UK.

All our products are made from natural ingredients which can sometimes appear different in colour and viscosity between batches. We do our absolute best to standardise things however some factors are beyond our control because we source our ingredients and especially essential oils from different suppliers depending on the time of year. The majority of our formulations do not contain any animal products and we definitely do not test anything on animals. We do, however have a handful of products which contain honey and beeswax as we believe they are wonderful ingredients that enhance and enrich our products. We use local honey and beeswax from the UK. We therefore make no claims for our products to be vegan.

Where possible we use organic ingredients and essential oils but due to the nature of our products and the vast range of ingredients this is not always possible. Instead our main focus is on sourcing ingredients as locally and sustainably as possible.

Our Standard UK Delivery costs £4.95 for Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service or we have an option of Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked at a cost of £6.95. We offer free standard postage (Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked) on all orders over £60 before delivery.

International tracked shipping charges are £15.00 to Europe, and £32.00 to other international countries including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan. If you would like shipping to any country outside of these zones please contact us directly.

Please note our shop is closed on Mondays so any orders placed over the weekend or on Mondays will be dispatched on Tuesday.

We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and this is usually the same day if received before 2pm, on days our shop is open. However at peak times or very occasionally this is not always possible and it will therefore be sent the next day.

We are working hard on sourcing sustainable and recycled packaging. We use recycled paper to wrap our products and post in green Jiffy bags or cardboard boxes which are both fully recyclable. We also wrap our products in tissue paper which is fully recyclable and instead of cellotape we use fully biodegradable and compostable cellulose stickers.
